Taking off from the final four words, what could happen afterwards? Well here is my take on what could happen.

Picking up where the revival left off, we find Rory and Logan making their own way. They say there are two sides to every story. Chapters 1-35 are from Rory's POV. The half chapters are from Logan's POV. They are a one-for-one match to each Rory chapter. Rory comes to Logan's side once again and in the process of helping him, she learns about herself and what she truly wants. Logan and Rory begin again. This story is an alternative to the Season 7 ending that the original writers gave us. I do not own Gilmore Girls, just giving them a new ending.
