A white girl born into a black family in Houston,Texas meets a great obstacle when she finds out that they'll be relocating to Chicago, Illinois with even more blacks. She's heartbroken because she heard the news few days before her crush confesses his feelings for her but well, unexpected things happened. She soon comes across a really handsome but very rude boy who happens to be the son of her father's colleague and very good friend (still talking about the father). She slowly starts falling for him against her will and fate just seems to bring them together everytime. Will she end up dating him or will things take an unexpected turn?
