Giyuu is roommates with Uzui and one night being left alone he is tired of the thoughts that rush into his brain and he tries to hurt himself but he remembers his friend and roommate who said he'd be back later and he decided he needs to talk to someone and call the suicidal hotline. a man answers and they talk for a while until Giyuu feels better and before anything else could be said about the situation or even done Giyuu hangs up. Then he goes to work a few hours later and runs into that same voice over the phone, but he is met with the truth about the man on the phone. the man is a dick who is rude and mean.
