this book is about the characters for an obscure pc game ,that is a metroidvania, from which I know about since high school. For those who haven't played the game, beware of spoilers. I'll be talking about the previous generations of races that an alien had created, and the main protagonist who is a parody of Indiana Jones. After all, I am a fan of it ever since high school.

This could have been a gentle story for quiet autumn evenings. But it shattered against Morphine - a chapter that will not let you stay indifferent. And now, you'll understand why. This is not a story about perfect love. It's about healing through pain, about love that blooms after trauma, and about the fragile line between salvation and obsession. She is a woman rebuilding herself from the ashes. Not strong - simply real. A mother. A fighter. A writer whose words cut deeper than truth itself. She doesn't want to be someone's muse - she only wants to be understood. He is the man the world worships... and fears. A legend. A symbol of an era. But behind the fame, there's a man haunted by his own darkness. Together, they are fire and gasoline - two broken souls learning how to love without losing themselves. Their story isn't a fairytale. It's an age-gap dark romance about redemption, grief, and the courage to love again. With touch. With words. With silence between the lines.

Relapse. After the Point - a story about love born from ruins. About pain that never truly fades - it only changes its shape. About finding your way back to yourself when all that's left is the truth. This isn't a story about falling. It's about what comes after the fall. Because sometimes, to heal - you have to break again. Sometimes, you have to hit the ground - to finally feel that it's real.

Lydia-Marie Prescott is like any other 17-year-old senior in high school: she's cramming for finals, staying up late finishing homework (often at the last minute) while still finding time to work on a novel. There's one key difference between her and the average senior, however: three weeks into the school year, she finds herself stuck in the hospital after being diagnosed with leukemia. Going from seeing friends almost every day at school to daily phone calls instead of face-to-face interaction becomes a substantial roadblock in her routine. After getting an intriguing letter from a boy in the hospital room across from her delivered with her meal, she begins to have hope (however crazy it sounds) that her days will become a little brighter. Will she eventually meet him face-to-face, or will their interactions be forever restricted to communication via letters? Read to find out.

Aria is the beautiful, smart, and beloved daughter-praised by everyone and trusted with their father's company. But her twin sister, Alina, lives constantly in her shadow-unseen, uncelebrated, and forced to work under Aria's command. When Aria causes a major financial loss to a powerful, mysterious company owned by an unknown billionaire, their father is forced to pay a large sum in compensation. But it's not enough. In return, the company demands an unusual form of settlement: the CEO responsible must marry their CEO until the debt is cleared. To protect Aria, their parents make a secret decision. Alina is forced to marry the unknown CEO in Aria's place. She's terrified-of the marriage, the man, and the new life ahead. No one knows what he looks like, and he's never appeared in the media. He's a complete enigma. Alina's first night in the mansion is unsettling-she's kissed from behind by a stranger while humming a song known only to her and a long-lost love. The kiss stirs something in her, something painfully familiar. And when she finally meets her husband, Darren Blackwood, she's stunned. He looks familiar-too familiar-but she can't place him. As days pass, memories from eight years ago start surfacing. Clues hidden in the house, songs, and gestures slowly unravel the truth: Darren is the man who once loved her and vanished from her life. The heartbreak returns-but so does the spark. Their love story reignites, beginning with slow trust and deep emotion. But Aria, full of jealousy and rage, isn't done. She wages a subtle war to tear them apart, using lies and manipulation to destroy Alina's newfound happiness. Yet, against the odds, and despite the pain of the past, Darren and Alina prove that love-true, hard-earned love-can conquer even the deepest wounds and fiercest enemies.
