She was a cheerful, bright, happy girl. She was not like a nail, or a claw, but she always tried to be helpful and looked to the bright side of things. To him, she was the light. Viggo Grimborn. Chief of the dragon hunter tribe. He had worked hard to earn that title, and he certainly lived up to it. He was a savvy businessman, and a cunning person, but he had a bit of a reputation for being cold. His heart was dark and cold, and he did not care who he hurt so long as he got his money. To her, he was the darkness. As they say, opposites attract. What will happen when the two complete opposites meet? Will she turn his world up-side down? Or will his darkness consume her? Hiccup and his fellow riders try to defend the edge from another dragon hunter attack led by Viggo and his brother Ryker. But during the battle, Hiccup gets injured and tries to hide his pain from his friends. But when the dragon hunters attack the edge again soon after, fighting the hunters leads Hiccup to get captured and in the hands of the hunter brothers. Can his friends get Hiccup before more harm is done?

Berk never did recover. Hiccup's disappearance left a large hole in their lives. No one ever realised how important the blacksmith was until he wasn't there anymore. Astrid would go to the island, staring at the bones and wonder what happened to her friend. She only wished he had never come home. Viggo smiled as he pulled the ship to Berk's dock.
