After a flagrant display of cosmic irreverence, 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝗯𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘀 is left adrift. With no place to call home or plan for the future. Only a useless degree, unmedicated anxiety disorder, and a penchant for burnout. So when a lifelong friend offers her a chance to start fresh in the sleepless city, Ellie does what any hopeless soul with nothing left to lose would do; she takes it and doesn't look back. Life in NYC is more complicated than a small town girl could have imagined. And it would seem the universe still has a few tricks up its sleeve. Ellie finds herself torn between two worlds. Between her forbidden feelings for two enigmatic men. Between her wanton desires and her lifelong ambitions to finally make something of her sad, little life. The scales must be weighed. Between lust or power. Between desire or reason. And she must also ask if those are really the only options. What if she wants more? What if she wants it all? And what is she willing to do to get it? Ellie must confront not only her past, but the deepest parts of herself. Neither the city nor these two annoyingly handsome men are going to make it easy. And only two things are certain; the universe has a sense of humor and... 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨.

Mira is just a regular, freshly heartbroken girl who was starting her college. She expected all of her four years to be normal, nothing extraordinary. And then, she found a diary. She thought it'd be a distraction. A good story to read on. But similar names. Feelings she can't put a title to. Almost, as if she's the owner. Or is she? Because some stories aren't just stories. They could be something else or someone else's. Entirely.

Ronan Sullivan never thought that his homework essay would land him in the Advanced English class. Now stuck with three girls and an adolescent mind, he attempts to navigate the treacherous, murky-filled life of a teenager while trying to be ordinary. Also there's a hot teacher that makes sure he does not achieve his goal. [Dude thats not important for the plot] [Bro we need Fan service otherwise who would read monologues of a kid?] [Bruh this writer is a perv] [Excuse me?] Read. Vote. Comment. This novel is unlike anything you would read and I promise it just gets better. [Inspired by Oregairu] Trying to post as much as I can possible.

In a society of gods and goddesses, Chrona found herself dissatisfied doing what she was told, until circumstances lead her to a life of seeking meaning whilst trying to get by on the streets of Olympus. In the city, Artemis spends her days overworked, hunting down members of a newly emerging cult on the streets and alleyways, whilst trying to get to the bottom of what is really going on. Meanwhile, Narita struggles with dissatisfaction with the role society has decreed to her. Trying to work out why everything about a life that should be ideal, feels wrong. The way these three women's lives intertwine may rock the foundations of Olympian society to its core.

The day came. The destruction of Immortals, by just a singular demi-god with a curse that controlled him. That same site, became a wild, howling desert where it was once lush and flowing. Now? A boy named Ehmir inherits that same malediction. And he has to use this curse, to attempt to destroy the Devourers. A mistake that was not supposed to happen. Will this curse destroy the Devourers? Or Ehmir himself? ___________________________________

Ever since she was a child, Melody has dreamed of following in her famous mother's footsteps and becoming a singer. But there's one problem-her voice. Convinced she doesn't have what it takes, Melody starts to lose faith in her dream. Everything changes when she crosses paths with people from a completely different world than her own. Through new friendships, raw talent, and a fresh take on music, Melody begins to discover that maybe her voice isn't the problem-it's how she's been taught to hear it. Cover by @Ascalon_52190 on Twitter and @milestaylor on Wattpad A/N: I've been inspired by a Tumblr post from years ago. If there's similarities with other stories, that's may be why.

From blurbs, opening lines, aesthetics, and dialogue to plots, characters, and drafts still hiding in your notes app, different themed contests will be hosted here from time to time, each with its own little spotlight. ──── ୨୧ ──── ☕︎ Current Contest Contest #1: The First Sip Best Blurb • Best Opening Line • Best Chapter One Status: Submissions CLOSED. In a world governed by the Natural Order, every life has its place. Deviation is not tolerated. An anomaly means the end of existence. The High Convent watches over this order and investigates possible irregularity. Suspected cases are contained, observed, and judged. Reshi grows up under the shadow of such suspicion. For now, nothing has happened. For now, Reshi is only a possibility - a case to be examined. But some questions cannot remain contained forever. *** This is a translation from my originally in german written text (not published). The content of the texts is the same, but this version has been adapted for digital reading. The chapter structure, number of chapters, and overall length will differ from what may eventually become one day a book.
