Our main character (Riley Dagworth) decided not to open the repository containing the ancient magic at the end of fifth year. Authors note: I've always been a Harry Potter fan since I was a child. I loved the books and have read them many times over. When the Hogwarts Legacy game was released it was like my dream of attending Hogwarts had finally arrived. After the finishing the game I was left with wanting more. Which led me to hours and hours of reading fanfiction, and a new world opened itself up to me. I've dabbled in writing before, but have never fully committed to a full storyline. This story is my first. I hope you enjoy it and continue to dream about a magical word as I do.
