Rafael Barba x Reader You are a new detective at SVU. You start developing a crush on a Rafael Barba. The new DA. He starts having feelings back. This is a slow burning story that starts season 14 episode 3. But it does get more intense and interesting. It be sure too note there isn't too much drama or scandal. Not really a storyline, but more about your relationship with Barba and the ups and downs that comes with it. Also the storyline the show provides may be changed to fit with this storyline and to put you in it. The facts may not be 100% accurate but I do try. Rafael Barba/original female character. Lydia Coleman arranged to complete an internship for her doctoral program with Manhattan SVU, volunteering her time as a victim advocate. She gets along great with the detectives, their snarky ADA is a different story. Though neither would admit it, they both kind of like the banter.
