[ Spin-off of "The Year Money Grew On Trees" ] [ Originally written by Aaron Hawkins ] Jacqueline Jones is surrounded by 300 apple trees she has to take care of. She assembles a team of workers to help him with the job. The only problem? None of them know about pruning, siphoning, irrigating, and fertilizing. Jacqueline finds herself in a rough situation. Not to mention the fact that strange things are going on between her and her neighbors. Mrs. Nelson just hasn't been herself since her son, Tommy, got back from college. Jacqueline's life has become a lot more difficult with frostbite, muddy shoes, and sickening poison, but her and the team end up learning about the art of winging it-while (possibly) having the time of their lives.
