A New Life (Part 1): Catnap has moved his whole life. With his family now settled down, he starts school and will find new friends. Eventually, even love! This is a high-school au and is my first story, so it may be bad. Our Life (Part 2): After the sad end of A New Life (part 1), we pick up months later. Life must go on for not only Catnap and Dogday, but the whole town.

There has only been 7 smiling critters in the neighborhood: DogDay the self imposed leader. Bubba Bubbaphant the genius. Kicken Chicken the Daredevil. Hoppy Hopscotch the second Daredevil. CraftyCorn the artist. PickyPiggy the chef. Bobby Bearhug the therapist. There has always been 3 boys and 4 girls. They always easily outvote the boys whenever they want to do something different. One day a construction crew appears in the neighborhood and builds a new house that resembles a scratching post for a cat. Then a moving truck comes and puts boxes in the home. It's been 3 weeks and no sign of the new addition to the neighborhood. Everyone is getting impatient especially DogDay. Catnap, one of the smilling critters, who has betrayed them all over prototype 1006, was now back to normal as he wasn't under prototypes Control anymore, of course he wanted forgiveness from the others, despise knowing that it would take a LONG time to get their forgiveness, he tried, he was even able to get dogday his legs back, but despise all of that, they found it strange that capnap was helping them after being free

Well, they were always best friends. One day, a meteor shower falls, so they all plan a vacation. On that day, they would start to have desires to get even closer. But they would not get together that easily. Since they both don't treat their love the same. Their friends help them overcome their fears and give them courage and bravery to tell each-other how they really feel. "Will we remain best friends for 'good,' or will I get what I truly want?"
