Axolotl sends Bill to live at the Mystery Shack, where he will basically have to learn to live with humans, in a new body in which he doesn't feel like himself, and he will have to work in the gift shop. Ford, who still holds a grudge against him, doesn't dare to trust him or let him go very far with his insinuations. There will be Billford in this fanfic, of course, but the relationship will form little by little and not so abruptly. This is my first fic, but I'm doing my best to write it.
