Inspired by my evil dragon storyline from Tales of the dark Universe as well as Issei Dxd, the story takes place after the evil dragon war, Issei finally wakes up from coma and realizes that none of the girls decided to take their time to visit him or Asia who was in comatose, the only people that visited him were his parents and his sensei Azazel. His ruthlessness, callousness and coldness is displayed, as he doesn't care on them, and only values those that have him by his side. His system, now coming to assist him garnered him access to powers and God like Servants who are fanatically and devotionally loyal to him. His powers, made him a target, but no one is safe from his manipulation, no one is safe from his words, for he shall be building a world of loyal beings around him.
