He asked his quickening breaths hitting my face making me aware of our close proximity. 'Fine,' He barely muttered when he noticed me shaking my head weakly. I exhaled loudly in relief thinking that he finally dropped the subject. However, I was an idiot to expect him to swallow his thoughts...I was actually surprised that he lasted this long.
