He saw how the rage took over him and turned him to a monster. but he had enough of her he couldn't tolerate her anymore. from then on, he hit Jayjay daily regrating at the end as always. Jayjay had become emotionless in her life. not feeling anything nor pain or hurt. She let Keifer do whatever he wanted calling her bitch daily calling her names that broke her at first, but she got used to it and became tight in her own little world.
