The night burned with fire and screams. Zelda stood amidst the chaos, her voice trembling between command and prayer. Then-through the smoke-a figure emerged. Cloaked in black, his blade shone with the light of the dying moon. Each strike carried purpose, fury, and something deeper she couldn't name. He was no knight of Hyrule, yet he fought as though its fate were his own. When the flames dimmed, and the silence fell heavy as ash, Zelda caught a glimpse of his eyes-bright, haunted, and unbearably familiar. Crystal Knight has finally won from her greatest enemy, Brittney Hill. But when she is on her way home Crystal hears a little giggle that makes her curious. She follows the sound and comes to a wall that looks very weird, when she takes one step closer a hand pops up and brings her to another world. There she will make friends, new enemies and will she know the truth about her past. A/N just to let you know Crystal is not going to play the roll of Link. She only will help him and Midna on there journey.

Midna has shattered the Mirror of Twilight and has left Zelda and Link to fend for themselves in the world they saved. Link is terrified of what he has lost but believes Zelda is a beacon to follow. It doesn't take him long to realize that Zelda is as lost and scared as him.
