Louis' family puts him in a rehabilitation center after a drunk driver crashes into him on the highway. He suffers from PTSD, and he has to learn how to talk and how to walk again. Louis doesn't see the point. His life as he does it is over. But Dr. Payne treats his PTSD, Mr. Horan, the speech therapist helps him with his speech, Zayn takes care of him and then there's Harry, the physiotherapist who is determined to make him walk again... Purely fictional. Triggers: PTSD.

It was an illusion... Zayn Malik believed he met his forever and lost his always. This was only a trick his mind had been playing on him. He couldn't tell the difference between dreams and real life, causing him to struggle everyday that he was without the character his mind made up named Niall Horan. Will Zayn try to move on with his life, or is his mind too stuck in love with something that was never real?
