It has been a year since anyone has seen Sonic after the death of his sister Sonia. Everyone has given up on him and despises him...except for Shadow. Knowing the blue blur for a long time, he knew something was wrong. He spent all his free time searching for Sonic to bring him home. Nobody knows what really happened to him. That is until Shadow got a text on his phone and slowly got the answers to all his questions. Where has Sonic been the whole time? Why has he been silent from the public? Does any of this have to do with Sonia's unexpected death or is there more to the story than what people assumed?

With both of them secretly in love with each other, Sonic debates wether he should go with Amy because it looks right, or Shadow, because it feels right. How will he get out of this mess he feels he's in?

After the tragic events that unfolded between his capture and split persona, Sonic slowly becomes insane and falls into the arms of his former capture. His corrupted persona goes through a chain of traumatic events that leads him to believe that love from Shadow was always artificial. All of this leads to both personas attempting to become the most perfect versions of themselves. In this journey to becoming perfect, Sonic finds out about Shadow's dark past that led him to becoming the cold blooded killer that he did.
