This is my first countryhumans story so it's not that good. East Germany knows he shouldn't be alive, yet here he is, living with the man who raised him. He never really questioned it though. He was just happy to be alive. That is until his adopted father starts struggling to heal himself as quickly as he used to and East starts to worry. The entire world that he lives in is beginning to unravel and East learns things he never could have imagined. There's also a lot of stuff about Russia in this and I don't know why. He's not even supposed to be a major character but I have like 7 chapter dedicated to him.

Germany has always been very good at reading right through others. One country, however, is still an enigma to him; Poland. In fact, nobody seems to understand them either. None of this stops Germany from trying to put together the puzzle that is Poland though. He is dead set on getting to know them, and possibly becoming friends. Throughout his mission, German begins to realize that they aren't the only one who is hurting. Together, they learn to get their skeletons out of their closets, to heal, to become whole once again. Germany realized that Russia tried to make a conversation with him. "Would you like to accompany me in the garden?" Russia nodded and grabbed his vodka bottle from the counter.
