The UN tries to stop him, but it was too late and ... the UN passes out. Everyone is wondering what's going on and the NASA does his best to keep it an Secret that the UN is an A.I. Every countryhuman has their own unique pair of wings, different patterns, different colors... If one is born wingless, then they'll be met with a brutal reset.
