Y/N is a pretty popular girl among the students of her college. While having good grades and good future prospects ahead, she still manages to have fun hangouts with her friend group: climbing rooftops to go stargaze, playing sports they've never played before, and, most importantly, exploring abandoned buildings. After losing a bet, she's dared to explore one by herself. Y/N wasn't scared at first, but the place looked too good to be abandoned. After a while she reaches a room where she finds a computer. It was still on, which was surprising because she didn't think there still was power running through the place. There was a weird looking headset beside it. She had never tried one of those, so she picked it up out of curiosity, blew some dust from it and put it on. You may find some songs/soundtracks during the story!! After putting on a headset you find yourself in a colorful digital circus with no recollection of your name or who you are. After being given a new name, you try to search for an exit. But quickly you discover that there is something even more pressing you need to do: keep from going insane. Though pretending to be nonchalant, Jax seems to show care for you. But will it be enough to keep the both of you from going insane? (Disclaimer: I do not own The Amazing Digital Circus or any of its characters except for my own OC)

"And finally, Jax!" I scanned the crowd, searching for this 'Jax'. "Uh..." Gloved hands grabbed my shoulders and turned me around. Standing there was the rabbit I saw earlier. "'Sup, mousie," Jax said, leaning his body against my short figure-which reached up to his chest-placing an arm atop my head. I looked at my hands. When I moved my arm, the avatar moved along with it, black gloves moving at the same time as I did. Gently, I pressed my hands to my eyes, and- Nothing. The headset was gone. "What the @$_&." I clawed at my face, trying to remove the piece of technology. "Where did it go?" I pulled at my skin, trying to feel something, anything that was there, but nothing. Just skin. "Just keep pulling at it, it always works, mousie," Jax said, patting my cheek. I glared up at him. "Shut the @$&+ up." ~•~•~ The first thing I remembered when I came here was falling. Then I come here and I'm still falling. I bought some VR headset, put it on, and it cost me my future. Now, I'm stuck with people who aren't exactly people, an teeth-and-eyeball AI, and some annoying periwinkle rabbit. I've become a little muse of a mouse, supposed to be some sort of artistic inspiration. Yeah, right. But music is my safe space, and I was sent here with a flute and a purpose: to bring sound to the circus. I can either become the conductor or let people see me as nothing more than a statue in some museum.
