Of course, people often come to Amity to see the alleged 'Ghost Boy,' although nobody is sure weather or not he is truly a hero, or if he just seems that way. So, when none-other than the Bruce Wayne comes to town to investigate, Danny finds himself in more trouble than he'd originally thought.

A few years later Danny is 9 and still suffering at the hands of the Guys In White, until a certain Bat comes and rescues him. Now Bruce has to deal with a young terrified mislabeled metahuman who is a lot stronger than he looks and has an uncanny ability to know exactly what anyone is feeling. The GIW, on the other hand, can't let their lab rat heal and save the Ghost Zone they've been working so hard to take over. Things just got a little more spooky in Wayne Manor.
