When Anakin Skywalker kills Chancellor Palpatine, the dark Sith Lord behind the Clone Wars, he alters the course of history and saves the galaxy. In the aftermath of the battle, Anakin and Padmé step out of secrecy and into a new life together. As Padmé prepares to give birth, the young couple must learn how to live not as heroes of a galactic war, but as partners, parents, and protectors of a future they barely dared to imagine. (I decided to edit this first book to be told through the POVs of Padme and Anakin. Hope you all enjoy!)

This is a story about Anakin Skywalker and Padme Amidala if Anakin never became the greatest Sith Lord and Padme never passed in child birth. Anakin left the Jedi order due to having children yet he still tries to make Naboo (the planet he's currently living on) a peaceful and safe environment for him and his family. I know I am using the years BBY in this book however I'm not going to write about the Battle of Yavin as it wouldn't make sense in this book. There would be no death star in this Galaxy meaning the Battle of Yavin wouldn't take place so let's ignore that and pretend they mean something different! In the original movies Leia's last name is Organa due to her adoptive parents however in this story it is Skywalker like her fathers. Also this story has a lot of [* months later] just because it's easier rather than writing a really long story every day until Luke and Leia turn 20, it's also just the months when babies start doing things like talking, crawling teething etc. The story is different and is not like how it is in ROTS!!! IF SOMEONE HAS ALREADY DONE A SIMILAR IDEA TO THIS I'M SORRY, IM NOT HERE TO COPY ANYONE I HAVEN'T READ ANY STARWARS FANFIC SO I WOULDN'T KNOW!!!
