After winning a war that was named Omni God War. Goku later become the new Omni King as he become the strongest being in the history and he then create a new Universe and later name it Universe 19 because Goku use the Super Dragon Ball to restore the 13 -18 Universes that got erased. After 2 million years, Goku then become very bored and decided to find a mortal to become his student and it happen to be Universe 19,the Universe of Naruto.
