(Y/n) is sent up into the maze a year before Thomas, and when they see her tattoo they're all in shock, especially the leader of the builders. Her tattoo matches his, he is afraid to trust her and puts the girl at a distance. Slowly though he falls in love with the girl of the glade.

The story is inspired by the movies only, because the lore of the books goes quite deep and I don't think I will be able to write up to a standard that honors James Dashner's amazing legacy. Also, Eleanor is named after Eleanor Roosevelt which sticks to the idea that all main characters are named after famous scientists, inventors, and activists. Finally, this will be a three-part book for each movie and just to clarify, no smut!
