"Spread your legs for me." I climbed onto the mattress, heart pounding. I lay back and slowly opened my thighs, shutting my eyes tight because I knew how wet I was. The cool air hit my soaked panties, and I felt even more exposed. Andrea leaned down, hovering over me. Her lips pressed a small, almost gentle kiss to my neck. Then she whispered against my ear, breath warm, "I don't know what the fuck came over you tonight, Lalia, but don't ever do it again. Because there are repercussions, sweetheart." Her hands ran slowly down my thighs, fingertips tracing the sensitive skin. "These pretty thighs," she murmured. "Open your eyes, baby," she whispered. I opened my eyes, breathing hard. "Look at them. Look at what's between them. Look at your whole body. Do you see it?" I nodded. "They're mine," she said, voice low and possessive. "Every single limb. Every nerve. Every inch of your body is mine, Lalia. I don't want you to ever think they are not." ..... Lalia Bishop is tired of the pills, the white walls, and the careful way people talk to her like she's glass about to break. Diagnosed with borderline personality disorder after a suicide attempt, she's been in and out of psychiatric hospitals for years, cycling through therapists who either pity her, fear her, or grow frustrated with her unpredictability. None of them lasted until Dr. Andrea Cross.

The first weeks of university life felt overwhelming, new faces, endless lectures, and the pressure of being at one of the most elite schools in the city. Among it all, one figure stood above the rest: Professor Anežka von Hartmann. She was a mystery wrapped in elegance. Older, composed, and unshakably strict, she was a woman every student feared. Her reputation was built on razor-sharp lectures and an unyielding presence. Whispers followed her through the halls: that she didn't understand what love was, that she believed love always came with conditions, power, control, inspiration, or loss. To her, love was never free. No one had ever seen her care. Yet, for one student, the experience was different. Whenever Professor von Hartmann's eyes lingered on Zoe, something shifted. The cold distance softened into curiosity, as if Zoe were a question she couldn't ignore. Instead of fear, Zoe felt a strange pull, an unspoken connection that felt unsettlingly familiar, as though their paths had crossed long before the lecture hall. Zoe began to wonder if the rumours were wrong. Or worse if they were true, and she was being drawn into something dangerous. Then came another complication. Zoe met Mavis, Professor von Hartmann's cousin. Where Anežka was restrained and distant, Mavis was warm, expressive, and openly believed in love without rules or conditions. She laughed easily, felt deeply, and saw Zoe not as a mystery to be studied, but as someone to be cherished. Soon, Zoe found herself caught between two worlds: Anežka, who claimed not to understand love, yet watched Zoe as if she were the answer to a question she'd never dared ask. Mavis, who loved openly, dangerously, and without fear. Two cousins. Two philosophies of love. One heart caught in the middle. So the question remains; Who will win Zoe's heart: the mysterious professor who never believed in love... or the cousin who lives as if love is everything?

Frida started sketching something with her stylus, eyes flicking to her screen as she adjusted the axes of a diagram, mumbling, "...and then this boundary layer here starts behaving like a switch... not instant, but sharp. Sharp enough." Inés leaned in to see. "You mean like a Heaviside approximation?" Frida rolled her eyes, barely biting back a grin. "No. I mean like an actual boundary layer. I thought you said you weren't rusty." That earned her a low hum from Inés - amused, maybe a little provoked. "You want sharp? I'll give you sharp," she muttered, reaching for her own laptop, the tip of her manicured nail clicking a little too decisively on the trackpad. "You're missing the substructure that governs the transition here-see?" Frida glanced over. "That's an assumption, not a proof." "Do you want this to work or do you want it to be romantic?" Frida laughed - surprised and a little breathless. "God. Is that how you think I talk about math?" Inés tilted her head, lips curling. "Only when you're trying to seduce me with it." Frida blinked. Her ears went hot. "I'm not-" "Not trying?" Inés cut in, pretending to glance back at the diagram, feigning innocence, but there was no missing the gleam in her eye. "Shame. Because it's working." Frida looked away sharply, pressing her fingers to the corner of her mouth like she could keep a smile in by force. "You're infuriating." "You're distracted." "You're distracting." Inés made a quiet, pleased sound at that and sat back for a moment, the back of her hand brushing the edge of Frida's chair. "Tell me more about the way you're treating the constraint set when it fractures," she said finally, voice smooth again, back in control - or pretending to be. Frida inhaled and kept going, though her voice was slightly lower now, the words sticking a little as she spoke.
