Yet, she was never adopted by Sir Reginald Hargreeves. Her mother was a member of the Commission and her mission was to adopt and raise Y/n back at headquarters. To her mother, it seemed to be odd orders made by the Handler, until she realized that she was trying to use Y/n as a secret weapon. This didn't go as plan, since Y/n never really discovered her powers. That was until she came across them at only 13 years old.
