Charles e Max sono genitori di due splendidi figli, Oscar e Ollie. Essi sono diversi tra loro. Oscar parla poco ed è più timido. Ollie invece è solare ed estroverso. Oscar ha solo un grande amico di nome Lando. È l'unico che lo capisce, che lo ascolta, e che lo fa sentire a suo agio. Ollie invece, anche avendo tanti amici mette sempre ed unicamente al primo posto Kimi.
