Every relationship starts out awkward. No little thing isn't perfect. Nothing clicks. It's always something that sets the whole night or day off that makes you want to see that person again. How about when you see that person just about every day of the week, and have to play the part a their sister? How does it get more awkward than that? It doesn't. So what do you do? You hide it.

While trying to adjust to being a single father Lin gets help from his best friend pippa. The two help each other through the loss of their loved ones possible leaving them closer than they were before. Should their relationship go farther than the stage of the Richard Rodgers theater? Almost all of the Lippa fanfics I have read have made Steven and Vanessa the bad guys or Steven and kinda Lin the bad guys for cheating. So I decided to write a fanfic where Steven and Vanessa aren't the bad guys. I know that Phillipa and Lin are both in happy relationships with Pippa about to get married to Steven and Lin raising his son Sebastian with his wife Vanessa. This is is purely a alternative universe I've imagined.
