Stolen from her cradle and raised deep in the Gerudo desert, Zelda grows up as Nabooru's daughter-trained with blades, shaped by sandstorms, and fiercely loved by the only family she's known. As Zelda gets pulled closer to Hyrule and its people, she starts to uncover the truth she was never meant to know: she isn't Gerudo at all. She's the princess Hyrule lost years ago. This is the sequel to "How to be a Prince" by Zelink2408. Link and Zelda are happily married, but a shadow falls over their kingdom. A great evil of a far kingdom threatens the peace of Hyrule, and only Link, Zelda, Jorulph and Naphi can defeat them. The great evil seems to be charming, but sly as a fox. Can the kings and queens defeat this evil, or will their kingdoms fall?

One year ago, Link defeated Ganon, freeing Zelda and saving Hyrule. After not having seen Link in many months, they are finally reunited at Zelda's coronation on her 18th birthday. The circumstances of their meeting, however, are not what either of them imagined. This story takes places between the end of the botw story line and the beginning of the totk story line, and tells the story of what happened in that time.
