A citizen of Galcrest and his daughter travel to Corona looking for the Moondrop, the person who has the powers of the Moonstone. They have heard rumors all throughout the seven kingdoms that, even though the Sundrop and Moonstone were destroyed, one person still has the Moonstone's magic. Galcrest has recently been under siege by a swath of mysterious growing vines that have been taking over entire villages. Believing the Moondrop could decay the vines, they ask Varian for help. Varian agrees to do whatever he can to help this village and travels to Galcrest. While he's there, he meets new people and helps them through their issues, while in doing so, help him through his own.
