Grian lives a normal life in the town of Hermitville, getting along quite well with others and living a happy life. But one day he comes to the realization that he's a "terrible person" and he hates himself, resorting to dangerous methods as he tries to give himself exactly what he deserves. Grian is having a great time in season 7 so far, until the rest of the hermits start to get more annoyed at him. Grian starts to have a more dark and depressing personality. He one day stumbles across a base in the nether that he had never seen before and decided to investigate it. Grian finds both Hels and Ex inside of the base and runs away. After a week, Grian runs into them again but this time something inside of him wants to trust them and befriend the two. Grian starts to avoid all the hermits after they start to be mean to him. Grian soon starts to have a monotone color palette like the demise game in season 6. Ex and Hels soon find him in his base like this and find out that the hermits were the cause of him being like this. Something happens to make Grian go over the edge and latch out at one of the Hermits. Just a casual GEX fanfic that was originally a oneshot but I made into a full book! Probably wont be very long! EX escaped the void a while back, although he's not quite sure how. While in hiding from the hermits he finds Grian who seems pretty badly injured from a elytra crash. They become close friends, and maybe more? But what happens when the admin of the server, Xisuma finds out that the person he banned in back from the void? And what will happen when he finds out whos been hiding him all this time... Ummm Hermitcraft oneshots. I take ideas. Life series aswell. :D

Sam was gone, for good, Mumbo had killed him and he hadn't respawned. He was dead. Grian trusted in the kindness of the world and he opened up, but that was his biggest mistake. Because what if Sam wasn't dead? What if they had been tricked by a simple hack? What if Scar and Mumbo went missing? What if they were taken? Grian would have to find out the consequences of those 'what if's the hard way. A sequel to "Sam's Back", I suggest reading that first if you haven't already since otherwise this won't make sense. A YHS/Hermitcraft fanfic. Angsty. There's some mild Grumbo shipping but it could just be seen as platonic. Also Scar/Cub shipping, but only really at the very end and you can ignore it if you want. Trigger warnings: death loops, permadeath, Sam being Sam, manipulation, self hatred, torture, general angsty stuff. There's a happy ending though!
