Four years after Elijah was sealed away, the world hasn't healed. Governments have begun experimenting with ancient artifacts, turning civilians into weapons and preparing for a war they believe they can control. They're wrong. When an assassination attempt targets his family, Elijah stops holding back. What begins as retaliation becomes something far bigger. Nations fall. Institutions collapse. Heroes become soldiers. The war ends quickly. Too quickly. Because when the dust settles, the world is finally peaceful...under one ruler. Beyond Genesis isn't about a hero losing control. It's about what happens when absolute power actually works. ♥️ I highly advise you to read the other arcs for beyond genesis before reading this please and thank you. sincerely author

In the humid, moss-choked darkness of 2003 Louisiana, the St. Roch Syndicate dispatches its most reluctant assets to a derelict summer camp deep in the Atchafalaya Basin. Tess Beauvais, a twenty-three-year-old sorceress drowning in student debt, and Anaïs Chen, a twenty-two-year-old jaded medium, are tasked with a seemingly simple job: retrieve the lost research notes of a vanished Syndicate scientist. Their mission unravels when they cross paths with brothers, Rafe and Frazier. After bailing their father's friends out of jail, twenty-three-year-old Rafe and twenty-year-old Frazier devise a devious plan to get their mercenary patriarch out of the country - only to be ensnared in a nightmare far beyond his depth. The camp is ruled by the Vigneauxs - an unhinged brood obsessed with the grotesque, who breed unnatural beasts in the wetlands, collect bones for unspeakable experiments, and feed trespassers to the horrors lurking beneath the cypress trees. Now Tess, Anais, Rafe and Frazier are marked as the next main course. With their luck running out and monsters closing in, the quartet are forced into a bitter alliance. Each must decide how much of their soul they're willing to trade - whether to outrun the camp's hungry shadows, or become something monstrous themselves. In the end, only the land will remember what is sacrificed to survive a season of sour earth.

In the not too distant future civilization has collapsed and the worlds ecosystems have gone haywire. Alongside all this a virus known as the muta-virus has created a new kind of humans the fae with animalistic features, but able to survive the radiation and harsh terrain of this new world. This is the second draft of this book but certainly not the last. I know that there will be grammar errors and continuity errors but hopefully not to many. Please comment and feel free to leave suggestions, corrections or predictions I welcome them as they will help me write a better third draft and hopefully a best final book eventually. All parts of this draft have now been published. From here I will be working on my other book projects and codifying the worldbuilding for this book on World Anvil which I will link when it is ready in preparation for working on the third draft. ~Felinus Quill~ Cover by: Angelinascanvas (Instagram)

Ashriel and Lavina were born as one soul split in two. He is light, the healer, the anchor. She is shadow, the storm, the temptation, feared by angels and envied by mortals. Their bond is unbreakable, a tether of mind and heart that pulls them together even as the world tries to tear them apart. Lavina is everything they warned against: brilliant, unpredictable, and terrifyingly powerful. She can charm, destroy, and command with equal ease-and no one, not even Ashriel, truly knows where her loyalty ends. Yet it is her darkness that draws him closer, binds him tighter, and forces him to confront what love and family truly demand. Follow the twins as they navigate loyalty and betrayal, light and shadow, and the all-consuming force of a bond that could save or destroy them both. In the end, some connections are stronger than Heaven itself, and some angels are more dangerous than anyone dares imagine.

New Orleans, Louisiana. June, 1998 The Beauregard Institute has a student debt problem. To address it, a handful of broke, supernaturally gifted students take on freelance monster-hunting assignments for the Arcane Debt Reduction Initiative (ADRI), for short. It's a high-stakes work-study program where the "tuition" is paid in blood. For every supernatural threat neutralized across Louisiana bayou, the school chips away at the student's mounting loans. Take these two college students, for example: Maeve Locklear, an eighteen-year-old medium who finds the living more exhausting than the dead. Tess Beauvais, a carefree nineteen-year-old witch who masks a dangerous strength. Maeve's first official night shift was supposed to be easy: take out a former information broker. The pay was decent, and the target was supposedly small-time. That is until a horde of anomalies ambushes the drop-off. While Maeve narrowly escapes the carnage, the shadows of the bayou follow her back to campus. The Institute's hallowed halls, once smelling of old paper and floor wax, now reek of copper and ozone. A series of impossible murders begins to plague the faculty, scrawled in the very ichor Maeve saw in the streets. Tess and Maeve make demands to their handler, Rourke Salvatore, only for him to hand them their paychecks and bench them in his boarding house. Now, don't get them wrong; the duo wants to forget the night ever happened. But with the monsters still hot on their tail, enlisting the help of a slippery pirate is the only way to ensure they live long enough to graduate.
