"She was a mere cannon fodder who dies in every timeline... but in this story, the villain brings her back." In a tale where villains could be saviors and destinies could be rewritten, Mari, once a character lost in her own storybook, finds herself becoming so much more than she had anticipated. Little did she know that the search for the missing female lead would lead her straight into the arms of the villain himself. - "I will be your best bet in this damned power play. So choose me," he caressed her cheek, his thumb tenderly tracing her bottom lip. His unmasked face was mere inches from hers, so close they practically shared the same breath. "Allow me to stay beside you, to provide the stability that will come with our alliance." If she hadn't been fooled by him before, she would even say he was yearning for the marriage. "You know very well how much I cherish you. There is no love purer than mine." She scoffed. Pinned up against a wall, hidden by the shadows of a secluded hallway, with his thigh pressed between her legs. Pure? His presence alone was overwhelming. "You are suffocating," she spat. He smiled faintly. "Then breathe." Now that he has ensured her survival, he will see to it that she lives. They called Alessria a monster. They crowned Kathryn a saint. Accused of poisoning her half-sister - the beloved future queen of Etheria - Alessria is branded a traitor and sentenced to death. No trial. No mercy. No chance to defend herself. The kingdom celebrates as she is left to die in the dungeons, convinced the villain has finally been defeated. But Alessria never touched the poison. Every cruel rumor. Every false accusation. Every moment she was painted as dangerous was part of a flawless lie-one carefully crafted by the very sister she once loved, protected, and trusted. Death should have been the end of her story. Instead, Alessria wakes up fifteen years in the past, trapped in her thirteen-year-old body, with the memories of her death still burning in her mind. This time, she knows the truth. This time, she knows how everything will unfold. And this time, she refuses to lose. Given a second chance by the Gods above, Alessria begins dismantling Kathryn's schemes before they can take root-pulling at loose threads, exposing cracks in the perfect image the kingdom worships. But as fate starts to change, Alessria discovers something far more terrifying than her sister's betrayal. Someone else is watching. Someone else is manipulating the throne. Now, Alessria must do more than survive her past. She must outplay the villain who destroyed her future, uncover the true evil lurking behind Etheria's crown, and reclaim the story that was stolen from her. Because this time? She won't be the villain. She'll be the heroine. (Chapters released every Friday.) (Yes, the cover photo is AI. No, I don't support AI. I suddenly died while reading greek mythology. I know! I know! It's so cliche! I am very aware of that fact! But you're correct, I got reincarnated inside of Greek mythology. I became a forest nymph with very ordinary powers and an ordinary nymph-like face. I spend my days playing with the other nymphs or enjoying my time flattering Artemis and listening to Hera's issue with his Horny husband, Zeus. Not until the abduction happened and I met Hephaestus, the God of Craftsmanship. And one day, he suddenly knocked on my door with a very beautiful ring in his hand. He has a shy look on his face which made me a little flustered. He wants me to be his wife? But how about Aphrodite? Never mind, I accepted his ring by the way.
If she couldn't divorce him, then I will by clichegale
