The weak boy who destroyed everything.
Now, He is back.
And as buried truths begin to surface and carefully crafted lies start to unravel, the past refuses to stay dead.
Some secrets were hidden for a reason.
Some lies were told to survive.
And this time, neither will remain buried.
A little sneak peek....
"What are you doing here?" Hyunjin cut in. His voice wasn't steady.
"How did you even get in? Security didn't say anything, how-"
"Oh, come on," Yongbok interrupted, rolling his eyes lightly. "Don't be a bore, Hyunjin-a. You sound just like your dad, you know."
"I missed you a little," he said casually. "Don't you remember how we used to skip classes and come here?"
Then, his gaze shifted to Hyunjin's hand, still gripping the ceramic vase like a lifeline. He shook his head, clearly amused. "Interesting choice of weapon," he said, voice laced with quiet humor. "But I would've gone for the other one, the vase with the little metal stars on it. It's on the right corner of your shelf."
He tilted his head slightly, as if evaluating the thought. "One clean hit to the side of the head..." he added, gesturing casually to his temple, his tone eerily similar to that of a medical lecturer, "that could definitely paralyze your opponent."
