Will Byers thought he had left Hawkins-and everything that hurt-behind. In New York, he has a rising art career, a stable relationship, and a life carefully built to keep the past at a safe distance. Until a simple favor changes everything. Chance Nozeda, a teenage secret Will never truly let go of, reappears as his best friend's new roommate. What once was hidden desire and unfinished promises resurfaces in quiet moments, stolen glances, and words that were never said. Caught between who he was and who he's trying to be, Will must face a truth he's avoided for years: some people aren't meant to be forgotten-only postponed.
