"It's evident isn't it? " "What?..." I asked, my brows knitted together. "We meet people not for them to stay forever, but for them to make a single moment in our life... a little more special" He said staring at the beach ahead. I looked at him....really looked at him, nd then turned my eyes back to the waves and the calm breeze that was calling me. A slow genuine smile made its way to my lips, not because what he said was true, but because....some joys are only truly felt in the moment, and right now I'm having one. A short comforting story which might make you upset but would also give you a tearful smile. Happy Reading! Some more snippets : That stare of his.....it dared me to look at him...just continue looking at him.... He recognised my slow exhale, the ragged breathing, my sweaty forehead...all because of his gaze, just his menacing gaze. He saw it all and for a minute it felt as if he was drinking me in, taking every tiny detail of my traitorous body that couldn't stop reacting to his watchful eyes...and him? He relished every second of it. He was beautifully broken.....so was I. Maybe that is why I didn't fear him....

Velvet Tyrant Zavian Khan was not a man people questioned- he was a man they feared. Half Russian. Half Pakistani. Raised in a world where mercy didn't exist, he became something far worse than ruthless. A man whose name was whispered in the underworld like a warning. To the world, he is a powerful CEO-cold, controlled, untouchable. But behind closed doors, he is the storm no one survives. At thirty-two, he returns to Pakistan to take control of his father's legacy- and everything that comes with it. Roohi Sikandar, twenty-four, has never known what it feels like to belong. Orphaned at a young age, she was taken in by her uncle, Junaid Usman-her father's younger brother-and his wife, Farzana Junaid. But a roof over her head was the only kindness she was ever given. In that house, she was not family. She was a burden. Their daughter, Hira Junaid, treated her like she didn't exist. Their son, Sameer Junaid, made sure she never felt safe. And silence became her only defense. All Roohi ever wanted was escape. A job. A life of her own. But the day she steps into Zavian Khan's company, her fate changes- because she unknowingly walks into the world of a man who destroys everything in his path. Zavian has never spared anyone. Never shown mercy. Never felt anything that resembled love. Until her. But a man like him doesn't fall in love gently- and a girl like Roohi was never meant to survive a man like Zavian. Because when a tyrant chooses you... "YOU CAN'T ESCAPE."

Sixteen‑year‑old Sadie Thomas leaves her dysfunctional pack for a scholarship at Oxford - stepping seamlessly between the human world and the wolf world as if they were one. She returns home for her eighteenth birthday with a wolf that is powerful and rare, unlike anything anyone has ever encountered. By almost twenty, she has fought her way to the top and taken over her first pack. It is agreed that one day, when her Uncle Sebastian passes, the Dark Moon Pack will also be hers to rule. Whoever she meets - whether wolf or human - almost always underestimates her because of her youth and gender. Some realise their mistake too late; others are smart enough to recognise her strength and bow to it before they fall. She runs her growing empire alongside her brothers, navigating a violent underground world where the lines between the two worlds blur completely. She will protect those closest to her, whatever it takes. Never underestimate the young female Alpha.

In the quiet hills of Abbottabad, life had always been simple for Reem Hayat Khan-predictable, gentle, and safe. Until she chose to leave it behind. What begins as a three-month internship in Islamabad, working with a rural welfare NGO, soon pulls Reem into a world she never knew existed. Sent to assist in medical camps across forgotten villages, she finds herself standing in places where silence speaks louder than truth, and fear lives in the eyes of people who refuse to name it. Phulgran is one of those places. A village untouched by law, yet controlled by power. A place where help is accepted... but questions are not. And at the center of it all- Atal Niazi. A man people do not speak about, only around. A name that carries authority, fear, and something far more dangerous beneath the surface. He is not a criminal in the way the world understands-he is something far more calculated. A protector to some, a destroyer to others. Where Reem seeks to heal, Atal controls. Where she listens, he extracts. Where she believes in justice, he decides it. Their worlds were never meant to collide. But when they do, the line between right and wrong begins to blur. Because in a land where the system has already failed- Power becomes law. And sometimes... the monster is the only one keeping the chaos away.
