Mia, a quiet student, is forced to sit next to Aura, a cheerful and talkative classmate. At first, Mia finds Aura annoying and tries to avoid her. Aura, however, keeps trying to be friendly - asking about Mia's drawings, complimenting her intelligence, and inviting her to lunch. Eventually, Mia snaps at Aura, hurting her feelings and drawing whispers from other students. Mia regrets her harsh words, but Aura surprises her by forgiving her and admitting she likes sitting next to her. By the end, Mia realizes that maybe Aura isn't so annoying after all, and a new friendship begins to form.
