Imperatoria Terra Unionis, or The Imperial Earth Union, a world where 95% of the population has either Semblance, Sacred Gear, Magic Mastery, or Quirk. Union Academy, the school where it turns one person into a hero, huntsman, or huntress. But it's all a false pretense. Most of Union are consumed by the corruption of power, a superiority complex, and a bloated ego. They vent it to the 5% who are considered as powerless and weak. Enter Austen Forrest, an 18 year old student in Union Academy. Due to him being powerless, he became Union's unofficial punching bag. Teams CRDL, SSSN, _F_Y, most of the ORC, half of Class 1-A and 1-B, and a few more bully him physically, mentally, and emotionally. Most of the teachers ignore him, and half of the headmasters blame him for the things the bullies do. Many of the Pro-heroes, Huntsmen, and Huntresses (Hell, most of the planet, in general) turn a blind eye towards him. But there are some who truly help him. People like Teams RWBY, JNPR, C_V_, SRTQ, Kiba, Xenovia, Irina, Issei (shocking, I know), Sirzechs (shocking, again), General Ironwood (shock#3), Winter, the other halves of 1-A and 1-B, and a few pro heroes. After being pushed too far, he left Union, much to the dismay of his friends. But what they didn't know is that he is secretly the strongest person to ever exist. Once they found out, the bullies and those who torment him will do their best to bring him back to the academy. And those who have befriended him, try to leave Union in order to defect to his nation: The Federal Republic of Redgrave. (I don't own any of the franchises.
