Para Yuu, la vida siempre fue un equilibrio entre tradiciones y modernidad, pero despertar en un ataúd dentro de una escuela de magia en Twisted Wonderland lleva ese concepto a un nivel literal. Nepantla (del náhuatl: estar en medio) es el lugar donde Yuu habita ahora: atrapada entre el mundo que dejó atrás y un colegio lleno de magos egoístas, problemas de "Overblot" y un director sospechoso. Sin magia propia, pero con el fuego de su herencia y una voluntad de hierro, Yuu demostrará que no necesita una varita para poner orden en el caos de los siete dormitorios. Porque cuando estás en el medio, tienes la perspectiva necesaria para cambiarlo todo.
