This boy is called, Emmet. A small town girl, named Kayleigh, from Philadelphia moves to Emmets hometown in Ireland. An innocent sixteen year old, although she can be moody, she can sing, dance, act, paint, draw and she can make the BEST pancakes, that are Emmets favourite food. Everyone in school thinks he's an easy target to bully, and everyone, and I mean EVERYONE bullies him, except for that little amount of good people that go to his school. Kayleigh is one of the really good ones. Except her boyfriend, Aiden is one of the baddest of them all. She moves into the house next door to him and they run into eachother and get to know eachother. Those group of teens that Emmet goes around with seemed to change him in school and at home, to angel to a pain in the bolax. This is NOT a cliche teen love story, this is so much different, unique. Does Kayleigh see the good side of Emmet? Does she get to like him as friends or more? Does she get him out of the bad place and into the good place? Does she find out about his cutting?
