Maybe you're wondering why I'm writing about her and not about myself.
Because it would be a lie to tell my own story.
Because I am no longer her.

Hope is a young woman who ends up on a locked psychiatric ward after a suicide attempt.
There, between memories, pain, and people who are fighting their own abysses, she begins to tell the story of how everything came to this.
Between therapy sessions, relapses, longing, and destructive closeness, the line begins to blur between past and present, between what she has lost and what might still be left of her.
Between memory and the abyss.
Between longing and pain.
With every page, it becomes clearer how deeply love can both save and destroy a person.
