We all make mistakes, so why not make one last mistake. Haelynn Rosewood was the kind of girl who was abused by her father, her mother tried saving her but every time, the father would go and beat her even harder than before, he wasn't an alcoholic he wasn't on drugs, he was just built like that. For no reason. She had bruises on her neck, face, arms, legs. A little everywhere. One day, Haelynn's mom couldn't take it anymore, her daughter screaming, crying for him to stop. She told her daughter that everything will be okay, you just need to go, I am sending you to, Loretta Slater. You have to sneak out, she will be waiting by Cissy Laney's front of her house. Her mother told her, she understood everything. Once she had everything packed th bags outside by her window, she told her mom bye. She knew she wouldn't see her mom after this. Raiden Slater was the popular rich kid, who got everything he could ever wanted, his mother, Loretta. Told him to stop messing around, stop using girls, stop getting into fights and street races. But he didn't listen. He felt like the world wasn't meant for him, so he would use everything, everyone. His mom told him one last time if he didn't stop he wouldn't live in the house, use his cars, trucks, motorcycles, or money. Everything that she had paid for even extra things she shouldn't have gotten him. He still didn't listen or even care, he knew his mom wouldn't do that to him. But little did he know she already did. He stayed in the tiny little guest house. That was outside. It didn't have much. In it. Only a bed, little kitchen. Small tv. Couch. Nothing fancy like the big house. Once Raiden and Haelynn met, things crashed, he started to go and fight more than he usually did, the races went on almost every other night. Haeynnn knew everything about him, she didn't know what he looked like in person, since he was always gone or in the back guest house. She only knew him by photos his mom showed. Read to find out.

Death chose Seraphine Valen long before she chose herself. Eighteen years old and soaked in the blood of everyone she ever loved, she rises from the carnage with something no mortal should possess: the power to command death itself. A single touch snuffs out life. A single thought bends destruction to her will. The darkness inside her is awake... and hungry. Her awakening draws the Banes, creatures of nightmare and hunger, eager to possess the weapon she has become. Fleeing a world unraveling into ruin, Seraphine is taken into Death's Castle-an ancient labyrinth where the walls remember every soul that's ever screamed. There she meets an unlikely trinity of allies: a diviner who sees the threads of fate fraying, a war vampire addicted to blood and battle, and a brute whose strength is matched only by his fierce loyalty. But as her ancestry unfolds-a legacy woven from dark and light-a deeper horror stirs in the void, older than gods, older than death. And it has been waiting for her.

Confidence is a hell of a drug, and for Skylar Evans, the high is magnificent-but the comedown is a total fucking bitch. It starts with the catastrophic snap of a heel and ends with a face-plant into the expensive, custom-tailored chest of a man who looks like he owns the sunrise-and probably the bank you keep your meager savings in. Fresh out of the Ivy League, armed with elite coding skills and a caffeine addiction she refuses to apologize for, Skylar wants one thing only. Control. Over her career. Her future. Her heart. Then she meets Carlos D'Artagnan. He is the devil in a bespoke suit. A predator who breathes strategy and exhales liquid heat, wearing a smile that promises heaven while his silver gaze drags you straight to hell. He is elegance sharpened into a weapon, a towering monolith of power built on a foundation of secrets and scars. The moment his eyes lock onto hers, the air in the room doesn't just thin-it catches fire. In that one, soul-stripping look, Skylar realizes the encryption on her heart has been bypassed; her carefully guarded life is about to be dismantled, piece by agonizing piece. One reckless encounter drags her into his orbit of corporate warfare and whispered betrayals. Carlos thought he had buried the monster he used to be, but the past is a debt that always collects. Now, it's rising to reclaim him, and Skylar is the only collateral he's not willing to lose.
