They reminded me of Peter Pan's Lost Boys, wild and rebellious, but all grown up in a way that could only be described in one word: sexy.

They say you can learn a lot from a book, but no book has taught me how to be a regular teenager. No book has taught me how to comfortably balance a social life and school, not to mention work. And no book has ever taught me how to successfully reel in a boy and keep him. But people...people can teach you things in ways books cannot. So when Diego Ruiz has to live in my house for a month because he's not trusted enough to stay alone at his own, I learn quite a lot from him, more than any book I've ever gotten my hands on. cover by wattpad user @authenticbot- warning: some swearing (kept to a minimum)

"First things first, learn how to loosen up. If you really want to learn, you can't be so uptight." He said as he circled around me. "It's just weird, I'm not used to it." I said shyly. He stopped, standing in front of me. He sighed. "Look Gracie, I'm not saying you should be totally open and comfortable with this, but I'm saying, if you want to learn, you're going to have to learn to trust me. Do you trust me?" I hesitated, then nodded lightly. "Good." He said with a small smirk. "Now lesson one," he started to circle me again, "You're going to learn how to kiss." (cover by: BeautyDoesntWither)

"Kiss me." He orders, slamming my locker shut. "Is she coming?" I ask, turning my head to look behind me, but he grabs my face and makes me look up at him. "Yes, now kiss me." I do as told, getting on my tippy toes as I lean up to kiss him. He kisses me back slowly, before he pins me against the lockers and deepens the kiss. My eyes widen and I try to push him away. This isn't part of the deal. He pulls away, a full on smirk plastered on his face. "I lied." He confesses, turning around. "She wasn't coming." Then, he walks away.

Disclaimer: This book is unedited. I'm not the best at descriptions and I'm trying to make this book not cliche, but a little cliche never hurt anyone. (Well, maybe just the characters) Iris wouldn't hurt a fly. This sweetheart got dumped on her birthday by her boyfriend of two years and now believes her world is crashing down. I guess she needs someone to save her. Or not. Alex is really not in the mood to deal with all her girly, heartbreak shit. Or so he says. He doesn't do breakups. I guess he would rather get high, loosen up and tell her his feelings instead. Maybe he will come around. Maybe not. Maybe she will change him. Maybe he won't let her. After all, no one plans on falling for their complete opposite.
