Mikey might've smiled it off but will they ever know the extent to that they've hurt him. (I don't own the cover or tmnt from 2012 so kudos to whoever drew it and the creation of tmnt!)

It started with just a mild cough which was easily stifled, plus, a million bajillion prayers and finger crossings that his brothers didn't notice. Then it turned into a harsher cough, a runny nose, and an itchy, sore throat before the day was finished. He tried to hide it, but doing so made everything worse.

BANG. Pain exploded through my leg, knocking me to the floor. "They shot me-my fucking leg!" I screamed, trying to breathe through the panic. My first day working at the museum turned into a nightmare when the Purple Dragons attacked. They found me hiding and shot me, and everything blurred-until a green mutant appeared out of nowhere, trying to save me and the stolen artifacts. I couldn't stand on my own, so he made a split-second decision to take me to his lair, hoping his brother Donnie could help. While recovering, I learned about Leo, his family, the Kraang, and the Foot Clan. I grew close to him-and terrified of his constant need to play hero. Every mission felt like another chance he wouldn't come back. But while I worried about him, something began happening to me: the voices, the visions, the emotions I didn't understand, especially when it came to that blue-masked turtle. Now I have two questions: What's happening to me-and can I save Leo before it's too late? Started on Jan.3 2021 Holly crap 10 reads already?!? 20 reads?!?! And someone added to their library?!?!
