After Robin fled from her now gone hometown she is running for her life, not knowing who to trust or turn to, until she meets a kid named Law who had gone through the same things as her. They both become really good friends (or a little more?) but as they grow older they part ways and both ended up in there own pirate crews. An Alternative Universe of Law and Robin had met as kids. After being caught in a difficult situation attempting to flea from the fight zone of Luffy and Doflamingo Law ends up tipping off the last person he'd ever want to about his long term crush. After finally talking about it he realizes he doesn't want to keep it hidden forever even though he never imagined ever taking action he at least wants to protect her in any way he can. Robin on the other hand had close to no idea while she was trying to figure out her own feeling she finds herself stuck in an ally way were which everything finally hits her.
