Peridot is set off foot to college and having a new life. But what she doesnt know is that fate had other plans for her. Fast forward a bit. Peridot's new room mate, Lapis Lazuli. Lapis has for awhile had feeling for the shortest and youngest of her three roommates, peridot. but has not know what to do about it. Peridot has been curios about the odd, yet quite attractive person that is lapis Lazuli, and decides to go to a party with her to perhaps see a new side of the tanned beuaty. But what happens neither expect, and their feelings end up overwhelming and driving them closer then ever imagined ;) hehehe

Lapis Lazuli and Peridot Greene did not have what you would call a "friendship." Lapis would use Peridot for homework and cheated off her for test grades and in exchange, Peridot would get protection. They weren't really friends, more like partners. However, after an incorrect ingredient is used in a chemistry class, Lapis starts getting strange feelings for the small nerd. Feelings that extend far beyond friendship.

It has been a couple of months after the Crystal Gems had rescued Lapis from Jasper's evil hands. Lapis now lives in the barn with someone she never thought she'll ever see again. The idea of getting along with Peridot and working together sounds horrible to Lapis. But as days pass by, she slowly warms up to the little green gem. However, Lapis starts to develop feelings she's never felt before. What could those feelings be?
