Tracey, who has very bad memories of his time at human school during his adventures with Makenna Delling, is hesitant, but he goes ahead and gives the College of Charleston a chance. He runs the risk of popping a merman tail every time he gets wet, but that doesn't stop him. While in college, Tracey meets a variety of new characters who are trying to find their place in the world just like him: a young lady named Candice Hope who has a terrifying crush on him, her sidekick Luna Cora, his questionable roommate Aiden Macon, whom Tracey doesn't know is a friend or another Peter Nelson, and the cheerful, new Music Appreciation professor, Dr. Lincoln. Blending in at human school is hard enough, but trying to be a prince at the same time is even harder. Tracey's got his fins in a bunch, and things become extra complicated when the Octopus Man and Ocean try to pull him back to Atlantica, causing weird things to happen with his claxton powers.
