Welcome back! This holiday season, Nat takes a trip back to the Barrows' domesticated life out on Long Island at their suburban house. Mare and Cal are together, Mare's brothers still hate Cal, and Farley and Ruth Barrow are about to stir up some trouble in the kitchen. Oh, and Maven and Thomas are back from Stanford. You know that nothing spells mischief like Christmastime. Requests are open, so drop a comment about what sort of holiday-related shenanigans you'd like to see. ;)

Following the Alliance Meeting Week, Mare Barrow and her allies face a war against the Lakelanders and Piedmont. As the Nortan States build themselves anew, the Scarlet Guard infiltrates the Silver Kingdoms, and Montfort readies its forces, Mare must again face a world at war with itself. This time, however, she takes on a new role as a figurehead. A rallying flag. The Scarlet Storm.

(COMPLETED!) Queen Elara made Mare Barrow fake her death after the parting ball because she saw that the little lighting girl was a threat to the monarchy - but more of a threat to the prince's hearts. Cal and Maven thought Mare actually died and were devastated, but they had to continue on life without her. She returned back to her normal life and after two months everything is finally getting back to normal. But then as fate holds she gets whisks off the palace again as a red worker. When she gets there will anyone recognize her? And if they do, what will they say when they found out she actually alive? DISCLAIMER: Characters are not mine, they belong to Victoria Aveyard.

This is my version of King's Cage. What if, by killing Elara, Mare removed all of Elara's changes in other people's minds? This would mean that Maven is himself. Will he be the kind boy that Mare thought if only as the ghost? Or will he still be every inch his mother's son, hungry for power and revenge? P.S. This is a Mareven fanfiction.

8 months after the war Mare who is now a captain in the Montfort military, is asked to go to Norta to discus war strategies with the Nortan government. Cal is now second in command of the Nortan military and must attend the discutions as well. A month later Mare discovers something and is conflicted on what to do. Will she tell Cal, or will she deal with it alone. This story follows the life's of Cal and Mare after war storm. *Disclaimer* all the characters are based off of the amazing book series red queen by Victoria Avyard (the best writer ever) she owns all the characters.
