No one was ever found and there was often evidence of the victims simply leaving everything behind or running away from bad situations, or even leaving town to visit families. The police never bothered to dig deeper, which was perfect. You always considered yourself a normal person, like anyone else. You graduated from college, roomed with a friend who was in a similar situation to yours in a rented apartment, worked at a café during the day to pay rent, all while being an intern at a mortuary. You wanted to turn a new leaf in this small city and have a normal loving life. Who knew that you'd be living a life far from normal as a horror circus rolls into town and you catch their attention when you saved their quiet Pierrot.
