College. For Ben's lifelong friend Sarah, it's the gateway to adulthood - a place for him to study, find a decent career, and maybe even a cute girlfriend. It's the beginning of their successful lives together, something they've been planning since before middle school. For Ben, it means finally getting to wave goodbye to his tyrannical father and live his own life. Do we want to escape the realities of our lives if there were only pleasure and happiness, not horrendous lies? Some say an abundance of darkness is what makes us appreciate a trickle of light. There was meant to be a balance not a pit of chaos in this world of ours. This is the collection of my internal conflicts, the thoughts that overpowered me with the darkest hour where the monsters chased, destroyed and ruined me to the edge of insanity. Fourteen year old me was scared and misunderstood. But eventually, I found my voice in form of words that understood and made me the way I am today. A strong person who can fend off those monsters with blood tinted swords. No more fearful To all the people out there, I acknowledge your presence and understand your feelings. You are surviving the horrors of life. But one day I promise you, It will be all worth it in the end if you believe in yourself.

Eyes as black as night, a voice as soft as silk. "I will find you. Everything will be alright." Emily doesn't know who he is or why he invades her dreams each night. Yet, he is the only source of comfort in her very tragic life. Unfortunately, dreams are just, well, dreams. One gloomy morning, however, a mysterious stranger appears out of nowhere, offering his help. Under normal circumstances, Emily would refuse to accept it, but the man's onyx eyes are so oddly familiar. What begins with a promising encounter that gives Emily hope gradually turns into a nightmare she cannot wake up from. Note: Contains mild depictions of abuse. I try to update at least once a week.
